We embedded a two-person team (full-stack dev + tech lead) and used a rapid prototyping approach. Weekly sprints with Friday demos kept stakeholders aligned and the scope focused.
A Next.js application with a Node.js API, multi-tenant architecture, Stripe integration for billing, and automated onboarding flows. Deployed on Vercel + Railway for fast iteration.
